ATTACK YOUR WEAKNESS
Small improvements in split-second decision skills can have a big impact on performance. S2’s drills and training tactics identified in an athlete’s S2 Score Report can correct and compensate for weaknesses and reinforce strengths. No gimmicks or special equipment — just smarter ideas for working cognitive skills on the field.
S2 works with college and pro coaches to develop cognitive training tactics that allow players to see, think, and react differently. This helps athletes train the areas they're struggling in, leading to strides in performance.

PITCH CALL OUT DRILLS
+ Commit to studying the visual cues and patterns of different pitch types so that you recognize them quickly
+ Stand in the batter’s box during bullpen sessions and call out the pitch type (curveball, slider, 4-seam, etc.)
+ Be sure to call out the pitch type as early as you can before the ball crosses the hitting zone
An athlete's personal S2 Score Report identifies where to focus cognitive training to improve in-game decisions and instinctive skills. Teams from youth travel, NCAA, Major League Baseball, and National Football League utilize S2 to help them analyze and develop their talent, including athletes like Austin Nola.
